Amit is an experienced banker and consultant with 22 years of hands-on experience in various roles including SME Banking, Mid Corporate, Retail Assets, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance. He has worked with leading FI including HDFC Bank,, ICICI Bank, GE, Tata Group and last served as Senior Vice President with HSBC, Asia before his consulting avatar.
He has undertaken several transformation assignments in India, Asia, Africa and Oceania including projects with ADB and IFC (World Bank Group). He is on advisory board of multiple Fintechs and regularly conducts workshops for bankers on Credit, Sales, Collections and Digital Strategy

Bala is a hands-on marketing pro with 16+ years of experience across various functions including digital marketing, project management, Omni channel, Ecommerce, Business Alliances and Strategic Planning.
He has worked with leading companies including Cavin Care, Future Group, Heritage Foods and others. Bala was recognised as a most admired Marketing professional in Retail FMCG by World Marketing Congress.
In his consultant avatar he advises Fintechs on Digital and GTM strategies and has a keen eye on market trends that are transforming financial services space. His keen marketing acumen and understanding of trends is what drives our digital and customer initiatives.
Arijit Chanda
Arijit Chanda is a Chartered & Cost accountant by qualification and has over two & half decades of multifaceted experience in Banking and Consulting, covering a range of functional areas from Strategic Planning and Transformation, Business Development, Risk management, Internal Audit & organization excellence.
He has worked in leadership positions with Citibank, Tata Capital and Fullerton before establishing Samvit Insights, a strategic consulting firm based at Mumbai, in 2009.
His illustrious list of clients includes leading Banks, NBFC, HFC, Advisory Firms and many other national and international organizations.
He is a mentor and advisor to FrankBanker.
