  • Overall responsible for new distributors acquisition in a city for Channel Finance
  • Identify, onboard & manage suitable last mile app downloaders and manage the relationship to ensure download of Bridge2Capital by targeted customer base
  • Identify, onboard & manage suppliers/distributors and anchors to reach out to potential target customers via Xtracap Neo
  • Identify the local channels of communication for digital marketing and engage in BTL activities
  • Ensure100% credit utilization of the customers on a monthly basis i.e., maintaining the active customer rate.
  • Ensure timely repayment by the customer leading to zero defaulter practice in the business in coordination with calling team
  • Coordinate the day-to-day work with an identified recovery agency
  • Provide a hand-to-hand support to the customer and help them grow
  • Motivate the existing customers to increase their credit bandwidth
  • Maintain and enhance retention of existing clients
  • Take new initiatives towards providing customer delight
