Role and Responsibilities:
Collecting invoices against bills receivable and make payments against bills payable to the
vendors.
Record the details of the payments and make the entry into the accounts or inform the accounting
staff to make the necessary entries.
Send reminders regarding unpaid bills to the clients.
Perform various activities to support a company’s accounting department and billing processes.
Issue invoices and credit memos, update customer records, and send out monthly billing
statements.
Prepare documents, track expenses, and handle incoming customer calls.
